GIRLS YOUTH BASKETBALL
3rd Grade - 8th Grade | $250
Our program is designed to provide high level basketball training and competitive play for young girls that plan to attend and play basketball at NDA. Our goal is to develop fundamentally sound girls basketball players using techniques and methods that are based on the system that the high school coach implements.
The program is built on the philosophy that we focus on individual skill development at the younger age as opposed to team concepts, even if it sacrifices winning some games. The focus shifts more toward team concepts and winning as the teams approach high school, although we never stop training on individual fundamental skills. We do all of this while teaching our young players that working hard results in improved skills, and that can be fun!

Our program is designed to provide high level basketball training and competitive play for young boys that plan to attend and play basketball at NDA. Our goal is to develop fundamentally sound boys basketball players through a culture-led approach that aligns with the standards, concepts, and expectations of the high school program.
The program is built on the belief that young players need a strong foundation before anything else. At the younger ages, our focus is on individual skill development, fundamentals, decision-making, and competitive habits. Winning matters, but our main priority is helping players improve, gain confidence, and build skills that prepare them for long-term success.
As players get closer to high school, the focus shifts more toward team concepts, execution, and winning the right way, while never moving away from individual skill development. We do all of this while teaching our young players that hard work leads to improvement, and that improvement makes the game more fun!
